Jasmin Fülöp is the chair of PsyCare Austria. Orsi has been working in harm reduction Throughout her career, she has amassed a wealth of first-hand experience supporting people through challenging drugs-related experiences, and coordinating the logistical facets of service provision in challenging legal environments.

Carolina Czizek is a board member and is leading the PsyCare Academy. She has been involved with PsyCare Austria since its foundation.

She grew up bilingual (Spanish & German) in Vienna and received a BSc in International Business Administration from WU Wien, specializing in behavioral-oriented management and public & non-profit management. Subsequently, she completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of Vienna. Currently, she is concluding her MSc in Cognitive Science, where she primarily focused on doing research on altered states of consciousness, psychoactive substances and their therapeutic applications.

Carolina has undertaken a Psychological First Aid course from Johns Hopkins University and has been actively serving as a tripsitter at festivals since 2019. Since 2022, she has been co-leading the PsyCare Team at Waking Life Festival in Portugal. She has conducted workshops on Harm Reduction and psychological first aid at festival sites and upon request, alongside her colleague Orsi. Music festivals feel like a second home to her, and her fascination with the scientific and psychological aspects of altered states of consciousness has persisted for over 10 years.
